Every package includes three rounds of design refinements. Each round is one consolidated set of feedback, giving us a clear way to refine the selections and details together.

A clear fee, before we begin

Design fees cover the design service. Furniture, materials, purchases and installation are separate. Exterior and landscape pricing varies with property size and complexity; we confirm your scope and flat fee before work begins. Kitchens, bathrooms and construction-intensive spaces are quoted individually.

The vision, ready for your next step

You purchase and implement the design on your own timeline. Exterior and landscape deliverables are conceptual visualization and aesthetic direction. Technical construction documents, structural engineering, grading, drainage, irrigation and permit plans are outside these packages. Your trade professionals confirm measurements, site suitability and construction requirements before implementation.

How does online interior design work?

Share photos, basic measurements, your furniture budget and a starting point for your style. Milo and Company develops a personalized design with layout recommendations, realistic room renderings and a curated shopping list. We refine it through three rounds of feedback, then you purchase and implement the design on your own timeline.

How much does flat-fee room design cost?

Interior Room Design is $695 per room at the introductory rate, with a regular rate of $795. A large or open-concept interior is $895 at the introductory rate, regularly $1,095. These are design fees; furniture, materials, delivery and installation are separate. Kitchen, bathroom and construction-intensive projects are quoted individually.

Will I receive shopping links for the items in my rendering?

Yes. Interior and outdoor living packages include curated selections with direct shopping links for the specified pieces. Exterior packages include product and material links where applicable. Your budget guides the selections; retailer pricing, stock and delivery availability can change before you purchase.

Can you work with my existing furniture and personal style?

Yes. Tell us which furniture or finishes you want to keep. You do not need a perfectly defined style or a finished design plan. A few inspiration images, a favorite space or a description of how you want your room to feel is enough to begin.

Do you offer online design in Minnesota, Florida and other locations?

Milo and Company is based in Minnesota and specializes in Florida homes, including new construction, renovations and vacation rentals. Our remote design services are available to clients anywhere. Product sourcing and plant recommendations are considered for your location, climate and project needs.

Can you design a patio, lanai or pool deck?

Yes. Outdoor Living Design covers patios, lanais, balconies, pool decks, porches and outdoor entertaining areas. The introductory design fee is $695 per space, regularly $895, and includes layout recommendations, curated outdoor furnishings, realistic visualization and three refinement rounds.

What is included in virtual exterior and landscape design?

Exterior Home Design provides visual direction for colors, materials, doors, lighting and architectural accents. Landscape Concept Design covers plant palettes, placement, landscape beds and hardscape concepts. Each starts at $995 at the introductory rate. These are conceptual designs, with technical construction, structural, grading, drainage, irrigation and permit plans handled by your trade professionals.

Can you design a vacation rental or a new-construction home?

Yes. We can help furnish and style a vacation rental or develop design concepts for a new home. The flat-fee packages cover the agreed room, outdoor space or property concept. For a larger renovation, finish-selection scope or ongoing builder coordination, explore our broader design services and request a tailored proposal.
